पहले हम सब कुछ किया, भरम करम संसार । 

दादू अनुभव उपजी, राते सिरजनहार ॥ 

सोई अनुभव सोई ऊपजी, सोई शब्द तव सार । 

सुनतां ही साहिब मिले, मन के जाहिं विकार ॥

Sometimes we don't accept old thoughts because of inexperience... 

Experience makes us firm.... 

Yes listening elders make us sound by time... 

We react to elders for imposing thoughts..... 

They wish for us that we have not to face trouble and they want to help us with their experiences.... 

Sometimes we make fun of old concepts and comment it is outdated due to advancement and realize after certain period that old is gold..... 

Every time has its own advancement but we feel old people as backward..... 

We forget that technology advancement is for human being.....today you are using 4G and earlier 3G....... 

What are you sharing with it only your feeling.... emotions..... 

Its an assistance for your internal processing not your objective.... 

Have respect for old values..... 

All have gone through the same process which we are going..... 

Every moment change is occurring..... 

Construction.....destruction are going hand in hand.......
