नीर माँही लहर जैसे, सीपि में रूपो यथा ।।
आकार दृष्टि छोड़ कर, टुक समझ ले उस यार को ।
यार है दिलदार दिल में, देख अजब बहार को ।।

“Numerous kinds of ornaments are made, though each one of them is elementally gold only. He, who values the outer form, purchases (pays for) the ornament. If one goes to a jewelry shop, the jeweler tells that a particular ornament contains a given quantity of gold metal. Still, when the jeweler has to sell the ornament, he charges for both the metal as well its shaping or design. If, however, you go for re-selling the same ornament to another goldsmith, he will evaluate only the gold metal contained in the jewel (and not its outer appearance) and pay you accordingly. Just in the same way, this cosmos (though seemingly infinitely diverse in type) is one only if seen in its true elements.”
