दादू रंग भर खेलौं पीव सौं,
तहँ बारह मास बसंत ।
सेवग सदा आनन्द है, जुग जुग देखूँ कंत ॥
पुहप प्रेम बरसै सदा, हरि जन खेलैं फाग ।
ऐसा कौतुक देखिये, दादू मोटे भाग ॥

Sants Play Amazing Holi!!!

Sants, the supreme crowning jewels, play Holi(in inner meditation).|
Countless melodious tunes keep playing there. ||ref.||
Coloured powders of worldly attachments fly away. |
Playing Holi the enduring greats defuse and render inactive the colours of three gunas. ||
They (turning away from the body into macrocosm) keep their soul connected. |
Just as a young one of the bird ‘Alal’ after breaking free of egg flies back skywards. ||1||

The sants are always absorbed in a mood as blissful as the Spring Season. |
The path of God attainment is unique, difficult to get to and beyond the reach of mind & intellect ||
Birth & death cease, immortality reigns supreme where the sants live. |
As it unites with the Supreme Soul, the soul turns ravishingly beautiful. ||2||

Time, karmas and the sense of doer-ship vanish as the God’s place is reached. |
The three qualities – raj, sat and tam – and the Death God can’t reach there.||
The fetters of attributes and attribute-less-ness are snapped.|
The body of five-elements, air, fire etc are not found.||3||

The palace of the True Purush is eternal, ever unchangeable. |
The sants who have reached there reveal the secret of the True Name. ||
O Noble Beings! Jettison, says Tulsi, all the delusions. |
And explore the place that lies beyond the microcosms as well macrocosms. ||

“संत सिरोमनि खेलै फाग |
जहाँ अनहद मुरली उठत राग ||टेक||
जगत आस अघ उड़ै अबीर |
गुन गुलाल धरि मारै धीर ||
सुरत निरत नित नैन जाग |
अलल पच्छि अंड उलट भाग ||१||

कंथ पंथ पर अगम और |
हंस भवन अज अमर लाग |
संग सखी सज सुरति पाग ||२||

जहाँ काल कर्म करता नसाइ |
रज सत तम जम जहाँ न जाइ |
निरगुन सरगुन टूट ताग |
नहिं पाँच तत्त तन पौन आग ||३||

अजर लोक सत पुरुष धाम |
सोइ संत सुझावत सतनाम |
तुलसी तात सुत पुरुष धाम |

Meaning & Commentary by Maharshi Santsevi Paramhans :
पद्यार्थ:
संत-महापुरुष(अंतस्साधना-रूप) होली खेलते हैं, जिसमें अनहद-ध्वनि रूप मधुर राग होते रहते हैं ||टेक||
इस होली में जगत-आश-रूप पाप के अबीर उड़ जाते हैं(अर्थात सांसारिक आसक्ति छूटती है) | ऐसी होली खेलने वाले धीर पुरुष तीनों गुण(राज, सत, ताम) – रूप गुलाल को वश में करके उन्हें निष्क्रिय करते हैं |
वे(पिंड से ब्रह्माण्ड की ओर मुड़कर) अपनी सुरत की संलग्नता द्वारा सतत जगह रहते हैं, उसी प्रकार जैसे अलल-शावक अंडे से निकलकर आकाश में चला जाता है | (अर्थात् साधक की सुरत पिण्ड से निकलकर निजधाम - परमपद में चली जाती है) ||१||

परम पवित्र सन्तपद में हमेशा वसन्त ऋतु सदृश्य नित्य परमानन्द छाया रहता है | परमात्म-प्राप्ति का पथ विलक्षण, अगम(दुस्तर) एवं मन-बुद्धि के परे है | (जड़-चेतन को अलग-अलग देखने वाले) परमहंस जिस धाम में रहते हैं, वहाँ जन्म-मृत्यु छूटकर अमरता प्राप्त होती है | जीवात्मा जब पीव-परमात्मा का सत्संग करता है तो सुरत प्रौढ़ होकर सज जाती है(शृंगार करती है) ||२||

वहाँ पहुँचकर काल, कर्म और कर्तापन का भाव समाप्त हो जाता है | सत्, राज और तम(त्रयगुण) रूप यम का वहां प्रभाव नहीं रहता | वहाँ निर्गुण और सगुण रूप बंधन टूट जाते हैं | वहाँ पाँच तत्त्व का शरीर, हवा, अग्नि आदि नहीं रहते ||३||

सदा एक रस रहने वाला वह स्थान ही अविनाशी पुरुष(परमात्मा) का धाम है | वहाँ पहुंचे हुए संत ही सतनाम का भेद बतलाते हैं | संत तुलसी साहब कहते हैं – हे सज्जनो ! सारे भ्रमों को त्याग दो | और पिण्ड-ब्रह्माण्ड से परे के स्थान की खोज करो ||४||
